Michele earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Pediatric Critical Care from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Southern California. Her extensive clinical background spans from critical care to complex pediatric neurology, providing her with a strong foundation in diagnostics, clinical assessment, and interdisciplinary patient management.
Throughout her 19-year tenure at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (1994–2013), Michele developed expertise in comprehensive patient care as both a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurse and Nurse Practitioner in Pediatric Neurology. In the latter role, she collaborated with specialized physicians to manage complex neurological conditions including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, ADHD, epilepsy, neuro-genetic disorders, and cerebral palsy. She also served as Nurse Practitioner Coordinator for a nonprofit charitable organization affiliated with Cedars-Sinai, which provided life-saving surgical interventions for pediatric patients from underserved international communities.
Since 2021, Michele has applied her clinical expertise to plastic surgery and surgical dermatology at The Roxbury Institute in Los Angeles. Her scope of practice includes comprehensive physical examinations, new patient diagnostic consultations, follow-up outpatient management, pharmaceutical prescribing, laboratory interpretation, pre-operative medical clearance, procedural assistance (suture and staple removal, drain management), patient education, and clinical research participation.
